REAL ESTATE SOLICITOR:
The newly appointed Real Estate Solicitor will join a team that has an outstanding reputation for work. You will work alongside senior solicitors and partners, handling your own caseload as well as being part of a larger, real estate teams. You can expect to be dealing with the full range of commercial property matters including developments, property finance and investment and land acquisitions for clients in the private and public sector. The successful Real Estate Solicitor will be recently qualified, with up to around 2 years’ PQE in a broad range of commercial property law gained with a regional or national law firm. High achieving academically, you will have proven yourself dealing with complex and technical property matters, with exceptional attention to detail, coupled with commercial acumen, good communication skills and the ability and willingness to continue develop your skills.
