Job Description
The Real Estate Solicitor will have a range of responsibilities including;
- Managing property transactions from initiation to completion.
- This will include dealing with Landlord and Tenant, investment, asset management and development work.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of real estate agreements.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless service to clients.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in real estate law.
- Providing excellent customer service and fostering client relationships.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Real Estate Solicitor should have:
- Strong academics and likely to have trained at a regional, national or international law firm.
- Ties to Leeds.
- An interest to work for a large commercial law firm.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate law.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
