Are you a Real Estate Solicitor who is looking to step away from traditional private practice and into a firm in which is innovative and client focused?
This firm's culture is based on a model of Trust. There are no chargeable hours, billing targets or outdated traditional private practice models, in fact they don't even have a formulated interview process, all interviews are coffees with a senior member of the team.
This firm is on track to become the largest Commercial firm outside of London. Despite this feat, they are invested in ensuring they do not lose touch with its regional presence. The firm's business model is based on organic growth, investment into data and technology and acquisitions of well-established firms with strong regional links. This firm has recently acquired a well-established firm in Bristol and as a result are looking to expand.
We are interested in speaking with experienced Real Estate Solicitors who are interested in moving away from a traditional private practice and into a firm which rewards you based on what really matters - quality legal advice.
There are no strict progression tick boxes to hit to be promoted here, you are promoted on whether your client is receiving an impressive service and your contributions to the team.
Salaries are competitive and the team are willing to follow your lead to play to your strengths. If you have outstanding general Real Estate experience they are interested to hear from you, also if you have niche Real Estate experience they are also interested to hear from you.
