Salary: £47,000-£57,000
PQE Level: NQ-4 PQE

Working Hours: Full-time
A well-respected Legal 500 firm is looking for a driven senior Commercial Property Solicitor to take the next step in their career and handle quality city-level work in their Reading office. As part of this sizeable team, you will be managing your own caseload of matters including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- The acquisition of sites for commercial, industrial, residential, and mixed-use
- The grant, renewal, and termination of leases and related matters
- Acquisition and development of sites
- Joint venture agreements
The ideal candidate will have excellent business acumen and a confident, commercial approach to providing legal advice. For the right candidate, there are promising prospects of progression.
