An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded firm in their Salisbury office. The firm has won several awards including 'The Best Law Firm' (The Times), and were ranked as Top Tier by the Legal 500.
In this position, you would have a case load of predominately Commercial Property matters with some rural and estates property work.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Solicitor of around 1-4 PQE with strong expertise in Commercial Property matters as well as some general property experience.
The work on offer will include a broad and varied mix of commercial property matters to include but not limited to, sales and purchases, leases, assignments and joint ventures. You can expect to work on high quality transactions ranging in value from £500,000 - £50 million.
You would be working predominately with private clients and so experience in this area is essential.
You can expect to be an integral member of a thriving team and will have the opportunity to play an active role in business development.
