COMMERCIAL PROPERTY/REAL ESTATE SOLICITOR - 8+ PQE
A excellent opportunity for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join a forward thinking progressive firm based in London.
A reputable firm based in London are on the lookout for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their successful, team.
You will need to have around 8 years PQE, with exposure to a range of commercial property transactions and be able to manage a very busy caseload. You should be experienced in matters including;
* handling acquisitions and disposals of all types of commercial real estate with some experience of site assembly for development projects.
* acting for landlords and tenants on commercial lease negotiations.
* development finance/real estate finance work advantageous.
This is a Senior role so there is a need for strong business development, and management skills.
