Planning Solicitor - (Junior to Mid-Level Associate) -
A very exciting opportunity for a Solicitor with a solid grounding in a good range of Real-Estate/Planning matters to join a leading law firm in a great central Manchester location.
The career prospects here are excellent and you will be joining a well run and highly professional team dealing with a wide spectrum of Planning and Environmental work for some really interesting clients. This is a very high quality commercial firm and candidates should have experience gained within a similar regional or boutique firm.
There is some flexibility here and we would very much like to hear from candidates from recently qualified upwards to mid-level and beyond, who have specific experience in the fields of planning and environment.
The department's work includes advising on all aspects of planning and environment issues including major retail projects, mixed use and office developments and portfolio acquisitions and disposals. Candidates will have the ability to deal with both contentious and non-contentious planning issues.
This is an outstanding regional commercial to national firm with a very high profile in Real Estate matters; a modern thinking and pro-active firm where progression prospects are real and staff retention is high.
