Our client is seeking a Real Estate Lawyer to join its Rural Business team based in Edinburgh. The role will sit within the Real Estate practice area.The role involves a wide range of work and responsibilities include:Purchase and sale of estates, farms, and forestryOngoing legal advice to estates and rural businessesAdvising on Contentious and non-contentious matters relating to agricultural holdingsTitle queriesCommercial and contractual work related to land useThe ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ PQE with previous experience in the rural sector and rural property work.The firm offer a supportive working environment and an opportunity to develop a career in rural property.
