This dynamic design studio, established from a respected practice, is currently seeking a recent Part III or experienced Part II with experience across all RIBA stages to join the team. Situated in the heart of South London, in a well known co-working contemporary workspace designed to inspire collaboration and innovation, providing the perfect backdrop for ambitious architects to thrive and contribute to exciting projects.

Established in 2021, this boutique practice specialises in bespoke private high-end residential schemes, large-scale hotels, members clubs, and restoration projects. With a commitment to delivering excellence from project inception to completion, prioritising great design and ensuring successful project delivery.
As a key member of the team, you'll be positioned to accelerate your career trajectory, gaining invaluable exposure to prestigious high-end residential projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the design and development of high-end residential projects.
- Manage projects from conception to construction, ensuring successful delivery.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Participate in project meetings and site visits as required.
Skills and Experience:
- Part III/ Part II qualification or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency in Vectorworks software.
- Well-rounded experience across RIBA stages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Passion for great design and attention to detail.
