Receptionist
Location: Cardiff
£24,000 - £26,000
Our client a highly regarded top 200 national law firm are looking to expand the business with a Receptionist.
The successful candidate will have a background of working in a front of house capacity either in a law firm or in a professional services company.
Responsibilities:
- Reception duties including but not limited to; Liasing with clients both face to face and over the phone, meeting room calendars and arranging travel and hotel bookings
- Cover front of house
- Assist the Operations Director with the efficient running of the back office of a highly regarded law firm
Skills and experience:
- Ability to prioritise and organise resources to get things done.
- A dynamic team player with a proactive and willing attitude.
- Experience of working in a professional organisation in an internal customer facing role such as a receptionist, PA or facilities co-ordinator.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – able to communicate at all levels.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail in work produced.
