Our client, a key set of Barristers’ Chambers, is looking for a new Receptionist & Facilities Coordinator to join their front of house team on a permanent basis.

The role will involve greeting and welcoming external visitors as well as ensuring maintenance of facilities is carried out. The role is entirely office based.

Duties will include:

  • Providing assistance to both internal members and external visitors.
  • Sorting and distributing post and deliveries appropriately.
  • Assisting in organising and setting up of any events held within the Chambers.
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are allocated and prepared appropriately.
  • Serving as a designated first aider to provide assistance in cases of emergency.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience within a similar front of house position (legal or professional services).
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office.
  • A positive and friendly attitude.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
