Builds effective working relationships based on task completion and demonstrates patience. Understands what is required of them in their role and how this contributes to department priorities and is responsible for own workload. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Reception Duties (where applicable)</strong></p><p>Greets all visitors and employees at Head Office in a warm friendly manner</p><p>Responsible for answering all switchboard calls and re-directing appropriately</p><p>Responsible for ensuring all messages are communicated to the relevant individual within a timely manner</p><p>Responsible for the sorting and distribution of the post</p><p>Manages the booking of the Head Office meeting rooms</p><p>Books taxis for clients, visitors and employees</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Customer Service </strong></p><p>Delivers a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers</p><p>Develops strong relationships across field support to support the objectives of the team</p><p>Interacts with peers in other departments to achieve the overall objectives of the support function</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Systems and Process Understanding</strong></p><p>Supports the administration function of the field office</p><p>Supports the execution of standard processes – including but not limited to payroll, compliance,</p><p>visas, overpayments, complaints. </p><p>Manages and maintains the input of information into the key systems with a strong focus on data integrity</p><p>Responsible for the collection of business-critical data</p><p>Can extract key information from the system to support the overall objective of the Field Support team</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Core Skills</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Able to organise workload and multi task</p><p>Able to work under pressure and still maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail</p><p>High level of communication</p><p>Seeks growth and self-improvement</p><p><strong>Knowledge, Abilities and Qualifications</strong></p><p>Understanding of the principle for providing excellent customer service</p><p>English language (verbal and written) as well as local language (if applicable)</p><p>Basic use of Microsoft Office</p><p><strong>Personal Attributes and Other Requirements</strong></p><p>Helpful and willing to support at all times</p><p>Acts with integrity at all times – ability to build trust and effective working relationships</p><p>Personal accountability and self-reliant </p><p>Solution orientated</p><p>Results driven</p><p>Flexible</p><p>Continuous learner</p>
