Summary of the role: The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for attracting and hiring talent across the Waystone Group whilst managing key stakeholders within their assigned segment of the business.

Experience:
Motivated self-starter who can work both independently using their initiative and collaboratively with other colleagues.
Enjoy working with people and can interact with stakeholders and external bodies in a professional manner
Organised, delivery focused, detail-orientated and as such will always deliver accurate work within an agreed time frame
Extremely organised and able to prioritise and multitask effectively
Demonstrated understanding and application of talent management practices
Excellent, interpersonal, consulting, and communication skills
Desirable to have experience working in a global organization
Knowledge of Office 365 suite of tools
