If you feel the same, you can join us on our mission to inspire people across the globe with online catalogs and beautiful shoppable experiences.You’ll be part of our People team dedicated to two things:People and Culture: Onboard, engage and develop team members!!Recruitment: Identify, attract, interview, select, hire employees!ResponsibilitiesPro-actively source and attract talent across different networks and platforms, building and maintaining talent pools for various rolesBe a critical partner to our hiring teams, understanding and translating their needs into the recruitment process, and to the interview techniquesConduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within scheduleContribute in the designing and implementing of the overall recruiting strategyPerform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectivesPrepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boardsScreen candidates resumes and job applications against our requirementsAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processLast but not least you will engage in employee journey and become a culture carrierRequirementsYou have more than 2 years of recruitment experience in a rapidly growing organisationYou have experience recruiting for SaaS positions including but not limited to; Customer Success, Product, SaaS Sales, Development, DevOps, Customer Support, Marketing, Data.You have experience with remote workingYou have experience hiring talent globallyYou are a people-person: you don’t only provide the best experience to candidates, but also know how to build strong relationships with hiring managersYou have experience using professional social networks, both for sourcing and job marketingYou have excellent organisational skills and are a proactive and resilient team playerYou are not afraid to get hands-on and try out different strategies to attract the best talentYou’re a fast learner, with incredible multitasking skills.You’re curious and always eager to learn new things.You’re an outgoing optimist with great communication skills.You’re driven to get things done.You’re fluent in English.You are open to work in the EU Timezone.Bonus Experience with recruitment in Digital publishing, Marketing and E-commerce industryIf you’ve been reading this far, chances are high you're a bit like us:You desire to do things better and to improve the world around you.You believe that results and impact matter more than hours spent.You’re self-driven, and you love the fact that Publitas operates through values & habits such as:HonestyRespectPassionGenerosityExcellenceCuriosityWhat can you expect from us?€38.400 - €63.800 gross salary per year.
