We are a niche focused Cybersecurity recruitment business and as we scale are looking for recruiters at all levels who want to capitalize on the hugely commission-lucrative North America Cybersecurity market and join us on our journey of becoming the most sought after Cybersecurity Search firm for funds and their Cybersecurity portfolio companies.

Our recent trainee recruits are already far surpassing their previous earnings with 5-digit commission checks each month and have also enjoyed all-expenses-paid trips to Las Vegas (BlackHat), San Francisco (RSA), New York and Tel Aviv for large Cybersecurity conferences.
Since founding in 2021, we have already positioned ourselves as an industry leading US focused Cybersecurity search firm having built world-class technical and go-to-market teams for top early and growth stage Cybersecurity vendors.

Our Fees & Commission
- Average fees of £30,000 with the opportunity to bill 6-figure individual placements
- 30% commission on ALL billings with no threshold
- Ultimately, you can change your life with the commission on offer
The Opportunity
- As an early employee you will be instrumental in laying the foundations of how we operate as a business and will have a huge say in decisions we make as a business.
- To build your own team in your given market domain
- You’ll have a progression track to Director (IC or Leadership).

Client Travel
- Regular client and conference trips to San Francisco, New York, Vegas, Austin and Tel Aviv
- If you have a business case to meet an overseas client or attend a conference, we will get you there
Location
- Our brand new Head office is in Bournemouth, Dorset
- If you are a proven agency Cybersecurity/Tech recruiter who can work remotely successfully we can absolutely consider you from anywhere within the UK.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE ABOUT WORKING HOURS:
We're a UK-based recruitment firm solely focused on the US. Our hours Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are 11am-8pm, and there will be some calls that need to be conducted later into the evening.
We are a flexible environment, but it is essential that you're able to shift your normal working day back in order to accommodate our target market.
