Recruitment Administrator

Location – Alloa

Salary – £25,000 - £26,000

Must have a car and valid UK driving License


Join Search in a rare, on-site opportunity with three of our largest Industrial clients! Play a pivotal role in the continuous staffing process, by completing a mixed role of combined administrative and resourcing duties.


Working alongside on-site Hiring Managers, you will support our clients ongoing hiring and retention strategies and deliver our core values through each interaction. This role will provide variety, an opportunity to engage with various stakeholders and work closely with potential/new candidates.


As a Recruitment Administrator, your role will facilitate a range of activities and engagements with candidates, from their sourcing (on occasion), to their compliance, onboarding and essential health and safety check ins.


Main duties include:

• Welcoming candidates through their onboarding process.

• Completing relevant Compliance, Right to Work and Disclosure Scotland checks.

• Health & Safety inductions, PPE distribution and regular candidate check-ins.

• Holiday and timesheet processing and administration.

• Manually track and collate inbound documents.

• Occasional resourcing for all clients, including screening, interviewing and travelling to other sites.


The ideal candidate:

• Has excellent IT skills, including word and excel.

• Has experience in an administrative role and wants that next step up!

• Has strong communication skills to work within an established team.


This position will suit a candidate who is prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, who works well under pressure and is keen to develop a career within the recruitment industry.


This is a full-time position, with Monday to Friday hours from 8am to 5pm. To ensure we’re able to deliver for our clients on an ongoing basis, you will be required to work on-call on occasion, as agreed between yourself and other team members.
