As a NetSuite Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing NetSuite professionals into roles across a variety of industries. You will leverage your understanding of the NetSuite ecosystem and recruitment strategies to build relationships with candidates and clients alike, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
Strong understanding of the NetSuite ecosystem, including its modules, implementation processes, and key job roles.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems).

Provide consultative recruitment services, offering insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.
Manage the recruitment process from job brief to offer stage, ensuring a positive client experience.
Market Research & Intelligence:
Conduct market mapping to identify key talent and potential clients within the NetSuite ecosystem.
Share market insights with the team to drive strategic recruitment initiatives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, pipeline status, and placement outcomes.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets.
