Hays have partnered with this global consultancy business who are looking for an Early Careers Recruitment Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis.
Your new role
As the Recruitment Advisor, you will responsible for high volume recruitment to support the early careers delivery of the business.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Be part of the team delivering high volumes of graduate and apprentice recruitment, taking responsibility end to end for a number of roles from attraction support through to onboarding, aligned to one or more of our business areas.
- Manage the relationship with the business and the Recruitment Partner, to educate, influence and ensure the smooth delivery of your area of the campaign.
- Help manage a high volume of candidates through our selection process providing an exceptional customer service and an outstanding candidate experience.
- Deliver virtual interview days, we'll train you on how we do things, and you'll manage the business decisions around hiring ensuring consistency and objective decisions are being made.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you will:
- The ability to manage a section of our busy campaign from start to finish, ensuring the business needs are translated and built into the attraction strategy and system delivery, right through to working with the team to ensure consistency of process and that offers are made to the right candidates.
- Highly organised with a structured approach to work, juggling priorities well whilst being self-managing a lot of the time with the support of the team around you.
- End - End Recruitment experience
- Have the confidence and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
