Position: Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator

Salary: £25-29,000 per annum

Location: Hybrid – Home/office (minimum 2 days a week in our London office)

Hours: Full Time (40 hours week)

ABOUT YOU

You are a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for talent acquisition and employee onboarding. You have experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Teamtailor and HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as Employment Hero. You are adept at managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. In this role, you will work closely with our People Manager and Office Manager to create a seamless hiring and onboarding experience.

You Are:

· In possession of some recruitment and onboarding experience (minimum 1 year in a similar role) with some understanding of best practices.

· Proficient in using ATS and HRIS systems (Team Tailor and Employment Hero desirable) and have some experience using LinkedIn to source roles.

· An excellent communicator - both written and verbal.

· Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.

· Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast paced and dynamic setting.

· Able to work autonomously and take ownership of your work.

· Skilled in building relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

· Passionate about creating a positive candidate and new hire experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment:

· Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offers.

· Utilise Teamtailor (our ATS) to track and manage all candidate applications and communication.

· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies.

· Source candidates through extra channels when needed, including LinkedIn and other professional networks.

· Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

· Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings - organise and maintain a catalogue of CVs for current and future roles.

· Keep the rest of the People team, hiring managers and Director updated with recruitment efforts, taking ownership of our recruitment tracker and ensuring regular communication.

· Work with the People Manager and Head of People to facilitate a positive and seamless candidate experience that champions the values and culture at WS & Co.

Onboarding:

· Work alongside our People Manager to coordinate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring all processes are followed to create a seamless and optimised transition from candidate to employee.

· Use our HRIS Employment Hero and Microsoft Onedrive to store and manage new hire documentation, employment contracts, and compliance requirements.

· Deliver onboarding materials and schedule introductory meetings, People check-ins and Probationary meetings for new hires during their first week/few months.

· Liaise with our IT services and our Office Manager to ensure all new starters are set up with the necessary equipment and systems before their first day. Ensure that leavers are removed from all systems and manage the return of equipment.
