As we embark on our next period of growth, we’re looking to recruit an outstanding HR professional with expertise in international employment contracts to join our team. The successful candidate will help shape our company culture and work closely with the co-CEOs, and Global Director of Sales.. Recruitment · Collaborate on recruitment strategy with senior management. · International employment contract expert. · Support in writing broker job descriptions & managing candidate applications. · Outside of broker recruitment, identify staffing needs and plan for further recruitment. · Conduct an interview on behalf of HR. · HR · Align HR initiatives with organisational goals. · 2 years’ minimum experience handling probations, resignations, grievances, appeals, disciplinaries and dismissals. US and MENA HR experienced is desirable. · Administer paperwork for pay rises, promotions, changes to role, staff issues, resignations are correctly filed and maintained. · Handle informal & formal HR issues, working with the various line managers and member of staff where required. · Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance, communicating to all employees. · Manage & track absences on HR online account to track absences & identify any areas of concern. · With co-CEOs, re-launch Victor Values and Ways of Working and promote a positive & inclusive workplace culture. · Oversee completion of bi-annual performance management reviews & objective setting. Support the FD with US HR requirements including payroll, 401k and medical programmes. # Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a benefit MENA HR requirement # Notify our Middle Eastern HR partners when a new recruit is hired and work alongside them to initiate the visa process. # Track sickness and leave of absences. # Work with line managers and our HR partners to resolve ER cases. # Answer any basic HR related queries from our Middle Eastern team. Manage the Victor+ budget and the Victor+ Microsoft Teams channels. Socials (including the Christmas Party). - Evaluate Victor’s contribution by conducting surveys, ensuring it’s improving employee relations Office Management · Whilst a 3rd party manages our building, supporting general upkeep e.g. HR related admin - such as ensuring team have business cards · Manage Fire Risk Assessment and General Risk Assessment Handle workplace health and safety policy in alignment with regulations Compensation Competitive salary based on experience . Holiday and Flexible Working Bank Holidays in addition to 20 Days Holiday entitlement per calendar year.
