- Processing candidate expenses
- Ensuring appropriate collaboration across corporate teams
- Reviewing job descriptions and posting open positions online as appropriate

Skills and experience
- Graduate calibre
- Previous experience in an administrative role within a corporate environment is essential, ideally professional services or financial services
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and produce a high volume of work in a fast paced environment while maintaining the highest quality
- Ability to proactively identify issues and recommend solutions
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Demonstration of a high level of integrity and professionalism
