Recruitment Business Partner - Chelsea Football Club

As a Recruitment Business Partner (RBP) you will partner with clients to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles across specific business areas or geographical locations.

Your role is to meet the contractual and service levels requirements whilst fostering consultative working relationships with client stakeholders and candidates.

Delivery

• Own the end –to-end delivery of the recruitment process for the client within a specific business area or geographical region.

• Successfully deliver hires for the client in line with agreed SLA's and KPI’s.

• Conduct all recruitment activity in-line with agreed processes, ensure that any compliance or regulatory requirements are met.

• Engage with relevant member of the Global Sourcing Centre (GSC) to support the successful delivery of hires as required.

• Provide matrix-management to the relevant Sourcing partner in relation to specific roles, ensuring they have all the relevant information needed to effectively source and set clear expectations regarding CV and shortlist timelines.

• Identify when to escalate risks or issues that may have an impact on the successful delivery of the client contract to the Recruitment Delivery Manager.

Accountabilities

Candidate Management, Generation and Attraction

• Define a recruitment strategy for assigned roles that identifies suitable candidates using a variety of tools.

• Engage proactively and promptly with passive candidates via the relevant sourcing tools and channels.

• Create tailored, innovative sourcing approaches for hard-to-fill and niche roles.

• Define the source channel mix and leverage personal network and brand to represent the client within those channels.

• Generate targeted advertising using the relevant online channels.

• Manage the online and offline response to adverts to include conducting telephone screening and review of skills and experience as part of the qualification process; retain an audit trail of all contact.

• Move all candidates through the process quickly and professionally ensuring all communication is conducted in a manner that is reflective of Rethink and the relevant client employer brand.

• Ensure all candidates are in receipt of meaningful and timely feedback.

• Manage the relevant parts of the candidate offer process.

Customer Management and Stakeholder Engagement

• Ensure that the client provides all relevant information required to enable successful delivery of individual hires (including but not limited to: accurate and up to date job descriptions, location, salary banding and benefits).

• Drive timely progress throughout the end-to-end recruitment process including CV and interview feedback from the client stakeholders.

• Work with the relevant client stakeholders to unblock any challenges to successful hiring.

• Proactively engage with client stakeholders, building effective relationships that position Rethink as a trusted recruiting business partner.

Strategic Workforce Planning

• Act as the subject matter expert in client business unit, stay informed and proactively troubleshoot for any market trends or legislation changes that may impact volume of roles within your business area or geographical region.

• Resource plan with individual hiring managers to allow for effective pipelining and talent pooling, flag any potential hiring ramps to Rethink management.

• Identify areas of focus for potential service expansion or improvement, flag opportunities to Rethink management.

Data & Insights

• Solicit feedback on the recruitment process and associated service from hiring managers and candidates via surveys.

• Deliver regular, transparent, and comprehensive progress updates to hiring managers.

• Communicate risks or issues to successful hiring to client stakeholders/ hiring managers.

• Ensure that all communication regarding challenges to successful hiring is supported by meaningful market and/or recruitment activity data.

• Act as a trusted advisor on matters such as recruitment best practice, market conditions and candidate intelligence, to both client hiring managers and Rethink management.

• Monitor, track and report on recruitment activity within the agreed timescales; use and maintain client systems to ensure all data is accurate and up to date.

• Share knowledge and best practice with team members and the wider Rethink account management teams.

• Ensuring compliance with all Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets, including direct sourcing fill rate targets.
