Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Consultant on a new perms desk, you will play a crucial role in driving new business development within the environmental and sustainability fields. Your expertise will be instrumental in establishing and nurturing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and securing successful placements. As this is a new desk the position will be 100% new business development initially until you build a database of clients.

Requirements:
- Recruitment Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, particularly within perms, is essential.
- Sector Knowledge: A genuine interest in environmental and sustainability issues.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
