What you will be doing...

1. Client Engagement
- Maintain and establish new customer relationships to under their recruitment needs
- Act as the main point of contact between those clients and the candidates represented - managing expectations as you go
- Source and select using various platforms (job boards, social media and personal network)
- Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate their suitability for the role - assess their experience, qualifications and cultural fit
3. Process Management
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish (everything from job briefing to candidate placement!)
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing feedback and guidance throughout
4. CRM Management
- Maintain accurate and updated records using our own bespoke system (containing over 3 million candidates!)
- Create job descriptions and other related documents
