Starting salary of £25,000 plus uncapped commission, with existing client relationships and bespoke training with a specialist coach.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Client Management: Manage new and existing client accounts.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use our internal database and job boards to find candidates.
- Candidate Management: Oversee the recruitment process, working alongside our dedicated Talent Specialists.
What We Want from You:
- Previous experience in recruitment, business, retail, or customer service.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills.
- A good communicator with the ability to adapt.
