To further our growth, we're looking to hire ambitious and resilient Recruitment Consultants to join our already high performing team.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with our ever-expanding client base from Day 1, supporting them through the sourcing of top tech talent to meet their hiring needs, so you can truly make a difference in the growth and success of these businesses.
The role of the Recruitment Consultant is to:
- Develop and manage client and candidate relationships in a competitive environment
- Identify future business and initiate strategic plans for growth within a specialist market
- Manage the recruitment process from interview to placement and beyond
- Win new exciting accounts
- Establish opportunities with both candidates and clients
- Grow your personal brand and community in your market
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be:
- Experience in recruitment, with proven success - ideally tech
- Experience in Business Development & Delivery
- Process driven and coachable
- Skilled at Building Relationships and Rapport
- Collaborative and love working in an ambitious team

Salary: £27,500 - £50,000 + OTE + amazing benefits
