As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with our ever-expanding client base from Day 1, supporting them through the sourcing of top tech talent to meet their hiring needs, so you can truly make a difference in the growth and success of these businesses.


The role of the Recruitment Consultant is to:


  • Develop and manage client and candidate relationships in a competitive environment
  • Identify future business and initiate strategic plans for growth within a specialist market
  • Manage the recruitment process from interview to placement and beyond
  • Win new exciting accounts
  • Establish opportunities with both candidates and clients
  • Grow your personal brand and community in your market


As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be:


  • Experience in recruitment, with proven success - ideally tech
  • Experience in Business Development & Delivery
  • Process driven and coachable
  • Skilled at Building Relationships and Rapport
  • Collaborative and love working in an ambitious team

Salary: £27,500 - £50,000 + OTE + amazing benefits
