We are looking for a motivated and organised person with experience of recruiting for technical, engineering, construction positions (at all levels) to join our team on a permanent basis. We have a business team of around 22 people who are based in Head Office in Stonehouse and the recruitment team forms an important part of successfully growing our business.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibility for resourcing across the organisation, working with Business Managers to fulfil current and future resource requirements
High and effective utilisation of available talent attraction and engagement tools to identify relevant candidates
Accurately match candidate skills with role requirements, taking initiative to explore relevant areas of importance with Business Managers and Candidates
Working within agreed recruitment procedures, ensuring effective compliance across the business and working to deliver KPIs
Working within the parameters of current legislation and best practice methods including GDPR at all times
Identifying, sourcing and engaging new candidates
Maintaining contact with potential candidates to keep abreast of their activities for future roles
Proactively head-hunting ideal candidates using all tools available
Conduct first stage screening interviews
Maintain up to date and relevant recruitment adverts, straplines, external recruitment communications

Necessary Proven Experience and Knowledge:
Considerable previous experience of sourcing and head-hunting candidates
Proven background using effective sourcing methods to hire for niche and hard to fill roles
Proven track record of delivering recruitment objectives/ KPIs
Proven experience of utilising applicant tracking systems but also working without them to maintain effective reporting within current legislation and best practice methods
Considerable and proven experience of interviews, candidate screening, selection and evaluation using a wide variety of methods and techniques across a wide variety of roles and industries
Familiarity of using social media and other professional networks to source candidates but also to build a brand
Exceptional knowledge of recruitment attraction tools and methods, including recruiting via LinkedIn and Facebook, Boolean search tools, specialist online databases
