The Remedicare Group, a leading recruitment group in supplying staff to the Healthcare industry across the UK, was originally established in 2014 and now consists of three homegrown brands across Berkshire. These brands include Remedicare Staffing, Engage Healthcare and Pure Care Recruitment.
Each brand is run by leaders that joined us as Trainee Consultants and worked their way up through the business and earned the opportunity to develop their own arm of the business. These Leaders are now looking to replicate their success by brining in fresh talent, as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.
As a Trainee Consultant with us, you will benefit from an in-house Training program (and dedicated Trainer) which has created some of the most successful people in healthcare recruitment. You’ll be working in recession proof markets, giving you the opportunity to make great commission early into your career.
What we need from you:
We have developed great consultants from a variety of backgrounds such as Sales, Retail, Hospitality, Customer service and Sports. However, whatever your background may be, we typically look for these qualities:
- Growth mindset – believing your abilities can be improved through learning and persistence
- Good energy – you’ll need to be comfortable working in a sales environment and spending most of your day talking on the phone
- Determination to be successful – this opportunity provides so many rewards, professionally and personally
- A "can do" attitude – positivity and willingness to get the job done
What you'll be doing:
- Building strong business relationships with clients and candidates
- Using sales techniques to build a pipeline of candidates
- Using the phone, email and social media to build a reputation in your market
- Writing job advertisements
- Sourcing the best candidates in the market for your vacancies

- DOE base salary with possibility of increase every six months
- Realistic earning an additional £15K-£40K on top of basic salary first year

- Quarterly Bonuses up to £2,500 every quarter
