As a Recruitment Consultant for this organisation you will need to assist the Manager in running an efficient and effective operation. You will to place suitable candidates in order to meet client requirements, and achieve revenue targets that are defined in the business plan.

Description

As a Recruitment Consultant you will have a series of responsibilities which include but aren't limited to:

  • Act as a first point of contact for Clients, and accurately recording their expectations for the role, the pay and the benefits being offered.
  • Proactively and consistently strive to obtain new business opportunities
  • Identifying and progressing new business leads as required.
  • Ensure Clients receive excellent customer service and ensure queries are dealt with promptly
  • Prepare suitable candidate profiles and forward them to Clients
  • Regular client visits and contact to ensure future business opportunities
  • Provide clear guidance on terms and conditions
  • Identify and approach suitable candidates to come and work for the business
  • Review all candidates and short list suitable candidates
  • Brief all candidates on the responsibilities of their assignments
  • Ensure the correct mandatory training is completed beforehand
  • Compliance with regulations and other statutory legislation

Profile

In order to be successful when applying for this role, you will need the following skills and attributes:

  • Knowledge of the sector would be advantageous
  • Ambitious, driven and determined
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to maintain good working relationships
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Previous recruitment experience
  • Current driving licence and a willingness to travel when required
