Description
As a Recruitment Consultant you will have a series of responsibilities which include but aren't limited to:
- Act as a first point of contact for Clients, and accurately recording their expectations for the role, the pay and the benefits being offered.
- Proactively and consistently strive to obtain new business opportunities
- Identifying and progressing new business leads as required.
- Ensure Clients receive excellent customer service and ensure queries are dealt with promptly
- Prepare suitable candidate profiles and forward them to Clients
- Regular client visits and contact to ensure future business opportunities
- Provide clear guidance on terms and conditions
- Identify and approach suitable candidates to come and work for the business
- Review all candidates and short list suitable candidates
- Brief all candidates on the responsibilities of their assignments
- Ensure the correct mandatory training is completed beforehand
- Compliance with regulations and other statutory legislation
Profile
In order to be successful when applying for this role, you will need the following skills and attributes:
- Knowledge of the sector would be advantageous
- Ambitious, driven and determined
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to maintain good working relationships
- Excellent organisational skills
- Previous recruitment experience
- Current driving licence and a willingness to travel when required
