Description
The key responsibilities for the Recruitment Consultant based in Woking will be to:
- Act as first POC for clients, accurately recording their expectations for the role, the pay and benefits
- Identify and obtain new business opportunities
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided and queries are dealt with
- Prepare profiles of suitable applicants to forward to all clients
- Provide clear guidance on Terms and Conditions of any shifts
- Identify and approach potential candidates
- Always ensure candidates receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service
- Review applications and shortlist
- Brief candidates on expectations of roles and duties
- Compliance with CQC regulations, contractual requirements
- Comply with company management systems, payroll and billing policies and procedures
- Deal with complains, including correct reporting and recording
- Comply with all relevant health and safety legislation's

Job Offer
On offer for the successful Recruitment Consultant in Woking will be:
- Annual salary up to 24,000
- Bonus based off revenue (after probation)
- Monday to Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm) office based
