We are seeking a motivated German-Speaking Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our DACH SAP Recruitment team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK or Germany. An exciting opportunity to join a new team within an established organisation.

We are also open to German Speaking candidates with no previous experience - however must be within 1hr travel of Cardiff, Wales.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Identify and attract top SAP talent using various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Job Matching and Placement:
- Match qualified candidates to appropriate job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and career goals.
- Provide detailed candidate profiles and recommendations to clients and Account Managers.
- Facilitate the interview process, including scheduling and feedback collection.
Process Management:
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for both clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database.
Market Research and Insights:
- Stay informed about industry trends, SAP market developments, and competitor activities.
- Provide clients and candidates with valuable insights and advice.
