If you’re looking for an opportunity to personally develop whilst working within a fast-paced office supporting a busy team, then our Egremont branch are recruiting.

This role will provide vital support to the recruitment and compliance teams supporting with all administrative tasks. The right candidate will be process driven with a strong attention to detail and record keeping.

What we’re looking for:

Although the day-to-day role will be varied, duties will include:

  • incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
  • candidate and client database records
  • and tracking data spreadsheets
  • greeting and looking after visitors
  • CVs to submit to our clients
  • job adverts on various job boards and social media
  • references for new starters
  • support to candidates undergoing security clearance
  • candidate contract confirmation documents
  • information prior to workers starting and inputting this into the NRL CRM
  • in with our engaged workforce to ensure they are happy and to support with any questions they may have
  • payroll related queries – such as expenses/timesheets irregularities
  • and tracking our legislative compliance reports
  • ad-hoc administrative support as required


Skills you’ll require are:

  • Previous use of Office 365 (Word, Outlook & Excel as a minimum)
  • Ability to work under instruction but on own initiative when required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and cope with a changing workload
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
