Job Description
Description We're looking to hire 2 new Recruitment Consultants, to join the team in Dartford, Kent.
We're looking for those with 6+ months sales experience (recruitment experience not essential)
We will mentor and coach you, to become a leading recruiter in the space, with opportunities for you to move into a 360 Consultant role, or stay within a Delivery focused position.
We are based in Dartford Kent, and are looking for someone local / able to be office based.
Salary open to discussion, dependent on experience.
Commision range of 10-25%, plus company wide profit bonuses paid quarterly.
Requirements
- 6+ months experience in a sales and / or recruitment type role
- Excellent communication and rapport building skills
- Comfortable being on the phone for large periods of the day
- A desire to win - you must be competitive!
- Money motivated!
