Job Description
Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join its busy Legal Division on a permanent basis.
The Legal Division currently comprises of two Co-Heads and a Compliance Administrator, and the team is responsible for recruiting Contract Lawyers, interim and permanent Paralegals, and Document Review professionals for US and International law firm clients who have offices in London, Europe, and across the Middle East.
The role will involve managing client and candidate relationships and successfully sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates into new roles. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for business development and general support to the team.
To be considered, candidates must have prior recruitment experience and ideally have a knowledge of the legal industry (although not essential). Furthermore, candidates must have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, coupled with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
