One of our key clients are expanding and looking to hire experienced Senior IT Recruitment Consultants.
They are an ambitious and growing recruitment firm based in central Manchester and they work with a range of clients from innovative tech start-ups to major Global brands such as easyJet, Eurostar, M&S, HSBC etc. Established in 2013. They generate revenue in excess of £21M.
Now, they are seeking for high-achieving individuals to develop their career within their organisation. They would like to expand their team with experienced technology recruiters who will benefit from an industry leading training and development plan and guaranteed fast-track career progression based on transparent, and data driven development programme.
The successful applicants will be required to demonstrate the following:
- Previous technology recruitment experience
- Skilled in multiple Talent Acquisition (TA) strategies
- LinkedIn searching.
- Data base searching
- Experienced in candidate networking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced with internal CRM systems.
- Experienced with external ATS systems.
- Ability to run search campaigns a real advantage.
- Understands speed required for quick interim delivery.
- Commercial awareness
- Information gathering and problem-solving skills
- Strong research and social networking skills
