Pure Healthcare & Pure Life Sciences are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our rapidly expanding Life Sciences desk.

What we are looking for?
We are seeking a highly motivated team player who will work closely with the Life Science team to achieve individual and team targets. A career minded individual that is keen to develop and progress and who has the ability to build and maintain relationships within their specialised market.
- 1 year+ 360 recruitment experience.
- Knowledge of the Life Science industry.
- Independent management of candidates, interview processes and accounts.
- Client and job acquisition.
- Resourcing and active headhunting.
- End to end process management, from CV sourcing to offer acceptance.
- LinkedIn Recruiter experience
As a recruitment consultant/resourcer you will be responsible for:
- Sourcing candidates to be placed within the Life Sciences market across Research & Development and Clinical Operations.
- Screening and qualifying candidates, to ensure they meet client requirements.
- Generation of new business.
- Building rapport and maintaining relationships with candidates & clients.
- Building and maintaining the candidate database.
- Negotiating competitive salaries for candidates.
