Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the aerospace industry, understanding their technical recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Job Matching: Match candidates to suitable roles based on their skills, experience, and career aspirations.
- Negotiation and Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring a smooth transition for both clients and candidates.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and the competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Administration: Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions, job postings, and placements using our recruitment software.
Required Skills and Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on technical roles, preferably within the aerospace industry.
- Proven track record of successful placements and client satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of aerospace technical roles and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with recruitment software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Qualifications
- Additional certifications in recruitment or human resources.
- Experience with international recruitment and understanding of global aerospace markets.
