The Role: What to expect
As a Recruitment Consultant, you might not have previous recruitment experience however the ideal candidate will have an understanding of sales and a people-first mindset.
Are you somebody who can build relationships easily? A pivotal part of your role will be supporting candidates through various hiring processes from career advice to interview or technical assignment preparation.
You’ll also actively build and develop a client network of your own, reaching out to new businesses daily, identifying areas where Orange Quarter can offer value, and eventually building their tech teams. You will be supported and given on-the-job coaching and weekly training to understand the intricacies of your given recruitment market. Over time and with a lot of hard work you will build your knowledge and credibility with industry-leading companies and aim to be the ‘go-to person’ in your recruiting space.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you are responsible to build a network and attract the right candidates from your outreach. As a market specialist, you will be responsible for building your own personal recruiter brand on social media by maintaining a strong focus on your client and candidate audience.
