360 recruitment Consultant (Technology) - Hybrid - £30,000 - £50,000 Salary DOE + Industry leading commission structure (Up to 50%) OTE £60,000 - £100,000 + Per year.

Standout role features:
- Build and maintain client relationships to understand their recruitment needs.
- Source and engage potential candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Provide market insights and expert advice to clients and candidates.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records using a CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to support business growth.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant or similar role.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting targets.
- Proficient in recruitment software and databases.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility for office and remote working.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
