The role:
As a Contract / Freelance Technology Recruitment Consultant at Oakwell Hampton, you will be involved in the whole recruitment process; winning business, working with existing clients and influencing the entire candidate journey.
The role of a 360° consultant will involve an intensive 12-week training course to provide you with all the necessary tools to develop your skills and provide you with the best opportunity to make a
successful start to your career at Oakwell Hampton.
You will have access to a range of market-leading software that enables each consultant to build a successful and lucrative “business” of which they have full ownership.

Must Haves:
At least 12 months experience in recruitment – ideally in the contract / freelance space.
High proficiency in written and spoken English.
