Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant
Life Science EU and US Markets
£30,000 to £60,000 Base Salary + UP TO 35% Commission
Herts Based / Hybrid
OPPORTUNITY:
To join a privately owned, boutique life science recruitment business at either recruitment consultant or senior recruitment consultant level. The business prides itself on a 'people first and led' culture, fewer KPIs than most with friendly and realistic owners. Headcount is less than twenty and therefore you will be very much part of a close team, working from the Hertfordshire offices three days a week.
REMIT:
To become a functional expert within the EU and US life science market. Opportunities sit in either the permanent or contract team with the provision of some warm accounts on joining. BD is a mixture of lead generation from the candidate space and your own industry network. Targets are realistic beginning at £120k at recruitment consultant level.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous life science recruitment experience gained within agency including success with BD. Living in the Hertfordshire area with the ability to work in the office three days a week.
Remuneration:
A salary between £30,000 to £60,000 depending on level and a commission reaching 35%.
