- Client relationship management
- Candidate attraction and network development
- Recruitment project and process management
- Contingent, exclusive, and retained search methods
Skillsets
- Prior recruitment experience necessary, open to all sectors but prior experience within risk management, accountancy, audit, or compliance would be preferred
- Passionate about delivering a first-class client and candidate experience
- Strong relationship management and communication abilities
- A desire to remain Full 360 of both client and candidate management
- Excellent organisational skills
- Problem solving mentality
- Motivated, resilient, and enthusiastic
