Are you an experienced Business Change and Transformation Recruitment Consultant looking for your next career move? The Bridge IT, part of the Morson Group and a leading recruitment consultancy with over 20 years of experience, is seeking talented individuals to join our team in Leeds.
We're looking for an experienced 360 Recruiter who will engage in hands-on business development activities including calls, client meetings, and event participation, demonstrating your ability to self-generate clients and maintain strong relationships. You will thrive in a collaborative and self-driven environment, embodying traits of being down-to-earth and hard-working.
The role is based in our Leeds office, with hybrid working (office days on Wednesdays and one other day).
