This agency are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their Business Support division in Manchester. This role involves recruiting across the commercial market, primarily placing candidates into permanent and fixed-term contract positions. Day-to-day of the role:
- Engage in targeted business development, including making outbound calls.
- Attend meetings with business clients to understand their recruitment needs.
- Source suitable candidates for vacancies and manage the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Work towards targets and KPIs, using your high energy and excellent communication and listening skills to match the right people to the right opportunities.
