- Working with companies to understand the roles they are hiring for.
- Advertising roles based upon client requirements.
- Directly approaching potential candidates using the latest search methods.
- Carrying out market mapping exercises, relaying insights to clients enabling them to make informed decisions.
- Executing recruitment campaigns in line with client objectives.

We offer industry leading base salaries and further compensation in the form of commission. Commission is uncapped

Our Benefits
- £26,000-£30,000 Base Salary. Your experience and previous role will be considered at offer stage, with more relevant experience being offered more.
- Commission. Our commission structure ranges up to 50% with access to more lucrative markets such as London bringing a further increase to your earnings.
