Our data Experience Accelerator trains 5 job profiles across 3 experience levels, all with their own technical curriculum, and who come together to recreate a modern data team - making our training program the best and most realistic in the UK. To date we have trained 250 data professionals.


About the role

iO-Sphere is hiring for a talented Account Executive to help build our outbound sales pipeline. iO-Sphere creates some of the best data talent in the UK, and your job is to identify and qualify partner organisations to hire our talent - either as direct placements or as consultants on projects. This role will primarily be focused on outbound sales and lead generation.

Location: iO-Sphere is headquartered in London, however we are open to strong candidates from across the UK.


Salary Range: £40-60k base + 100% OTE

Responsibilities:

  • Create, build, and qualify a continuous pipeline of high-potential prospective clients. This means catching the attention of data and people leaders, so we can introduce them to our business
  • Book introductions to iO-Sphere with prospective clients
  • Leverage sales tools to generate new leads, conduct structured outreach, and win new meetings through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Run introduction and discovery calls with iO-Sphere founders to share our unique approach to delivery and training
  • Working with client procurement and legal teams to agree terms so we can place talent
  • Prep our talent for interviews - helping them succeed in landing a role with our partners
  • Help the business continue to adapt by reporting back on clients need and requirements so that we can evolve our training programmes
  • Logging our progress with clients on our CRM system so we have accurate and up to date records
  • Act as a brand ambassador for iOS-Sphere when dealing with clients
  • Provide feedback to the wider team on areas for improvement


Ideal Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in either technology sales or recruitment (preferably technology)
  • Experienced with value selling, comfortable holding strategic conversations with decision makers, and C-level executives and able to establish long term relationships
  • Experience managing full sales cycles – Introduction, qualification & solution meetings to fully understand requirements and propose the right services to position iO-Sphere as a long-term business partner
  • Experienced in structured outreach and win new meetings through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other available tools

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
