This leads us to our very exciting plans for international development, with the aim to scale international offices in 2024/2025.Now is an incredibly exciting point within the business for an experienced recruiter to join and come on our growth trajectory with us.What we are looking forPrevious experience in an agency, 360 recruitment capacity focusing on the energy & engineering, preferably within the German marketDemonstrated success in client relationship managementExperienced in utilizing various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media and networking eventsHighly motivated, ambitious and willing to succeedCapacity to maintain high standards while thriving in a fast-paced settingEffective time management and organizational skillsWhat we can offerCompetitive base salary DOE (£30,000
