Ibex Recruitment are excited to be hiring our next Recruitment Consultants. We are looking to double our headcount by the end of the year and are looking for a number of Graduates or candidates with some sales experience to train into 360 Recruitment Consultants.

We are offering a structured internal training plan, complimenting this with external training and development.

Your role:

To provide candidate attraction and sourcing services to clients and develop your area of specialism through network and relationship building. As a Recruitment Consultant within Ibex you will ensure the highest levels of quality and customer service at all times.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales, activity targets and goals as set out by Ibex
  • Develop understanding of clients requirements, culture and business in order to successfully fill vacancies to client satisfaction
  • Identify and build relevant candidate networks by utilising in house database, job boards, innovative networking techniques and candidate referrals
  • Maintain and update in house database to actively pipeline candidates for future client requirements and ensure data integrity
  • Develop lead generation from candidates for business development activities
  • Write and place effective advertising where appropriate on all sites, including utilising mail outs through in house database
  • Interview all new and potential candidates over the phone, face to face or Video Interview when appropriate
  • Manage candidates through the recruitment process as set out by Ibex
