Recruitment Consultant - Food and Beverages
£28,000 - £35,000 + 25% commission + benefits
Hybrid (1-2 days from home) after successful completion of probationary period.
New hybrid opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to join a specialist recruitment business. You will focus on mid-senior level commercial positions across Europe within the most lucrative FMCG vertical: Food and Beverages.
The UK FMCG sector is the largest manufacturing sector in the country accounting for 14% of all manufacturing. Focusing on predominantly essential goods, it is an industry which continues to grow year on year. This represents an opportunity for you to work within a buoyant market where you can earn consistently good commission with a successful, supportive, specialist recruitment business.
- You will work with a team of 13 positive and professional recruiters from very modern offices in central Edinburgh.
- Opportunity to work on a hybrid basis (3-4 days (more if you like) in very smart offices in central Edinburgh).
- Earn 25% commission working a broad range of roles such as Sales Managers, Marketing Managers, NPD professionals, Buyers as well as Executive & Board Level appointments.
- They’re open-minded on experience too. You could be a recruiter ready to step up in to a senior consultant position and immediately get on the path toward Team Manager within a mere 18 months. Perhaps you’re interested in exploring a new, fast-moving and buoyant market? It may be that you’re already recruiting in to this sector but are keen to be part of something at a key point of their growth. It could be that you’re currently working directly in this industry in an account management or in a sales capacity. Regardless, this is an opportunity where you will be given the required training and support to move and to be successful.
