Recruitment Consultant - French Speaking

Location: TOG (The Office Group), Warnford Court, 29 Throgmorton Street, London, EC2N 2AT.

Starting Salary: £26,5k– £31k per year depending on experience + commissions. OTE between £10k-£20k for the first year. You will have the opportunity to get promotions which will come along with salary increases.

Montreal Associates is a growing Tech recruitment firm with an established track record of servicing the IT needs of our clients from our London and Barcelona locations.

As part of our continued growth we’re excited to find ourselves in need of a French-speaking Sales Consultant to join our Perm French Team in our London office. The team already has an active client base, so you will not be starting from scratch. Ideally, you are already experienced in Recruiting IT consultants on the Perm French Market, and servicing clients.

This role will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to develop your career, in a responsive, collegiate and stimulating recruitment environment.

Position

As a Perm Sales Consultant, you will be in charge of developing and maintaining relationships with clients on the French Market and will receive a full training on:



Approaching and building report with a potential prospect.

• Taking requirements from a client.

• Understanding client needs and projects.

• Sourcing, managing, and interviewing candidates.

• Matching candidates with your clients’ needs.

• Developing your vertical market knowledge.

• Building a specialist network of high calibre candidates.

• Organising and managing a recruitment process.

• Going to client meetings and participating to industry events.

•Following up on each placement.

Requirements

Candidate with backgrounds in IT Recruitment, Recruitment in other sectors, IT Sales will be considered.
